1. What is Otiqo’s shipping policy?
Domestic Shipping (United States):
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days.
International Shipping (United Arab Emirates):
We provide free shipping to the United Arab Emirates, with delivery estimated between 7 to 15 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 05:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our carrier’s website.
3. What is Otiqo’s return policy?
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return:
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
4. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. If you need a different item, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping to the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to other international locations.
7. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in tracking your shipment or resolving any issues.

9. What are your business hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST). We are closed on weekends and holidays.
10. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, we do not accept returns for gift cards, customized or personalized items, and items marked as final sale.
